Our buyers span 38+ countries across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia. You will correspond with international counterparts, navigate cross-border compliance, and handle multi-currency documentation - all from our Santacruz East office.

Where you could work
We hire across four core functions. Most roles are based full-time at our Mumbai office.
Export Operations & Documentation
Handling end-to-end shipment execution - from purchase order to bill of lading. Roles involve coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, inspection agencies, and shipping lines. Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and export documentation (LC, DAP, DA) is valued.
Sales & Business Development
Identifying and developing new international buyer relationships across target markets. Roles involve managing RFQs, preparing proposals, handling trade negotiations, and maintaining long-term accounts. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or French is an advantage for certain markets.
Quality Assurance
Overseeing commodity inspection, sampling, and compliance against buyer specifications and certification standards. Roles involve coordinating with third-party inspectors (SGS), maintaining batch traceability records, and supporting certification audits (ISO 22000, FSSAI, Halal, Kosher).
Finance & Accounts
Managing trade finance instruments including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and forex transactions. Roles involve invoice processing, reconciliation across multiple currencies, and coordinating with banks for document negotiation. Experience with export-related accounting under Indian GAAP is preferred.
